WAYWARD IS HAVING A BENEFIT ART SHOW ON JANUARY 30th, 2009

We are sending out a call for submissions to you, the artists and friends of Wayward Council! We are asking for donations of any kind of art that you have made, whether it be a painting, postcards, bookmarks, clay pots, prints, drawings, knitted goods, music, clothing, jewelery, pointillism, etc, we will appreciate any artwork you are willing to donate.
Submitting art to the art show is a good way to promote (your) art to the general public, support a volunteer-run not-for-profit community space, and participate in a Gainesville community event.

We are asking that you include your name(s), contact info (address, blog, website, e-mail, etc), and the price you would sell your art for (between $1 and $50, please). THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS JANUARY 23RD, 2009 (Late submissions will be accepted, but we need time to set-up).

We did a benefit art show last year and people submitted art from all over the country and the store was filled with neat hand-made art and the show was a success for the store--people had fun and stayed for the rock show that followed the art show. We are trying to do it again this year, so please help us out!
